To ensure peak freshness, our matcha is nitrogen-flushed in Japan immediately after stone-milled and sealed in a protective tin. This process locks in the vibrant colour, rich aroma, and intense flavour, keeping it as fresh as the day it was harvested until you open it. 🍃
