We ship to Australia, Singapore & New Zealand. All orders are packed and dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria.

Orders under$99: Flat rate shipping is $9.90
Express shipping: $15 Australia-wide

New Zealand
Free Shipping for Orders over NZ$150
Orders under NZ$150: Flat rate shipping is NZ$10
Express shipping: NZ$15 for delivery within 3-6 business days.

Singapore
Free Shipping for Orders over S$150
Orders under S$150: Flat rate shipping is S$10
Express shipping: S$15

You will receive an email with tracking information, once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 2-10 business days depending on your area for shipping.

Return & Exchange

Unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns or change of mind.

We understand that making the right purchase decision can be difficult, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. While we are unable to offer free returns at this time, we are always available to assist you in making the best choice for your needs. Damage & Issue

We hope you receive your order in perfect condition and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong product, please reach out to us at hello@withmiles.com.au so that we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

To help us assess the problem, please provide the following information:

  1. Details of the issue with the product
  2. A photo of the shipping container with the shipping label visible
  3. A photo of the internal packaging, such as wrapping or bubble wrap.

We kindly ask that you read the care instructions for each item carefully to avoid any damage caused by misuse. If an item is misused, unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any damage incurred.

Once your refund is approved, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method. We'll make sure to keep you informed every step of the way,
