Sometimes parcels find their way back to us because the shipping address was incomplete, or they weren't collected from Australia Post in time. If that happens, don't worry. We'll always get in touch to help sort it out.
Resending Your Parcel
Once your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, we'll send you an email to confirm your delivery address before arranging another delivery.
Because Australia Post has charged us the original shipping fee and Return to Sender (RTS) fee whenever a parcel is returned, we'll simply ask you to cover the shipping cost to send your parcel again. We'll always let you know the total cost first before arranging the reshipment.
If You'd Prefer a Refund
If you decide not to have your parcel resent, we're happy to refund your order to your original payment method. Please note that the original shipping charge are non-refundable, as these costs have already been charged to us by Australia Post.
If We Don't Hear From You
After your parcel has been returned, we'll contact you using the email address provided with your order. If we don't hear back within 4 weeks of our first email, we'll automatically process your refund (excluding the original shipping charge). This helps us avoid storing unclaimed parcels indefinitely.
A Small Favour
Before checking out, please take a moment to make sure your shipping address is complete and keep an eye on your Australia Post tracking updates. A quick address check now can help avoid delays, extra postage, and ensure your parcel arrives safely the first time.
Thank you so much for your understanding and for supporting our small business.
