I prefer the uji over the Anya matcha. It's smooth and creamy, and I usually drink it with barista oat milk.

It's easy and super light to hold

I got my hands on this limited matcha and as always it is such a great and unique blend.
The matcha has a chocolatey and nutty taste it
no astringency or bitter aftertaste
It is above medium bodied but below full bodied matcha so somewhat between medium to full bodied
I used 4g to 40 ml water and 120 ml of oat milk and i think this does get you a very good flavour.
I am biased towards their yame ceremonial matcha it is very similar to it in terms of the nutty flavour. If you like that you will love this blend as well🫶🏻🥰

This is hands down one of the best tasting matcha I’ve had in Australia. I’ve had matchas from cafes and other online stores and they’re alright but this one’s creamy nutty flavour is so amazing! 😻 would definitely keep buying this blend and try other blends too!
