"We’ve got our crowd favourite right here - Nutty, Buttery, with a hint of Popcorn."

Anya Matcha Yame Blend is our signature Japanese ceremonial grade matcha powder, made from Yabukita and Saemidori cultivars grown in the mist-shrouded mountains of Yame, Fukuoka, Japan.

Carefully selected from our producer's first-harvest tencha in spring 2026, this blend offers a smooth, creamy and buttery flavour with gentle nuttiness, natural sweetness and a light umami finish. Balanced and approachable, it's a beautiful everyday matcha to enjoy traditionally whisked with water or prepared as a creamy matcha latte.

  • To keep your matcha fresh, you can store it in its original resealable pouch or tin. Just make sure the pouch is zipped tightly or the tin is securely closed after each use to minimise exposure to air and moisture.

For the best freshness, store your matcha in a cool, dark place, ideally below 20°C. The fridge is a great option for longer storage. Avoid direct sunlight, warm temperatures and clear glass or plastic containers, as exposure to light can affect your matcha's vibrant colour, aroma and delicate flavour.
