As our second line, this Uji matcha brings a distinctly different experience from our Yame blend. Expect a richer umami profile with a gentle, aromatic finish that lingers beautifully on the palate, with its vibrant, deep green colour.
Grown in Uji, the tea leaves thrive under controlled shading techniques that enhance their natural sweetness and robust flavour. To ensure peak freshness, our matcha is stone-milled and nitrogen-flushed in Japan, then sealed in a protective tin. This process locks in its brilliant green colour, bold aroma, and rich umami flavour, preserving the quality until the moment you open it. 🍃
