I'm pretty new to the world of matcha when it comes to making it at home. I was overwhelmed by the variety of matcha available and recommendations from people on the internet until my IG dropped an ad for this matcha. After some long contemplation I bought it because you have to start somewhere right?
The past week I've made myself numerous matchas, the first maybe not being my best. But I am absolutely loving the taste of this matcha that I would love to buy more once I finish this tin. I've tried a few variants here and there where I've changed up the milks I've used. My favourite that I've tried making is the London fog matcha that is currently all over my tiktok feed. Literally just your standard matcha with an earl grey syrup (which through more tiktok videos I made myself 👀).
Taking the time to make myself a matcha during the day has become one of my favourite things to do and I'm probably not stopping anytime soon 🤭
The reason why i’m buying this matcha is because of its packaging. It’s super cute and I love the color. Most importantly, their matcha tastes good and not too bitter though a bit too strong for my heart 🥴. I wish you could sell a bigger size in the future. 30g is too small for me.
