I’ve always loved matcha but have never really thought about the different notes that are in them. I do know a good matcha when I drink it - this one tasted subtle and smooth. I liked that it didn’t have a bitter aftertaste to it. I loooved the green and it definitely had a sweet and nutty smell to it. Paired really well with the black sesame syrup (current obsession) i made at home!
