"Creamy butter and delicate salted caramel notes, inspired by summers in Kamakura, coastal Enoden rides, blooming hydrangeas, and kakigori by the sea. Crafted for rich, creamy matcha lattes."

Anya Matcha Kamakura Summer Blend is a Japanese ceremonial grade matcha powder, made from first-harvest, single-cultivar Saemidori grown in Yame, Fukuoka, Japan. Beautifully creamy, buttery and mellow, Kamakura offers natural tasting notes reminiscent of creamy butter and salted caramel.

Its silky, velvety texture and gentle nutty character create a smooth, comforting matcha with delicate sweetness and a lingering finish. Especially lovely with milk, Kamakura is perfect for those who enjoy rich, creamy matcha lattes without overpowering grassy or bitter notes. Its naturally buttery profile shines in iced matcha lattes, bringing a soft, indulgent quality to your everyday ritual.

Inspired by nostalgic summers in Kamakura, where the little Enoden train follows the coastline, hydrangeas bloom along quiet streets, and kakigori is enjoyed after a day by the sea. Kamakura Summer Blend captures the warmth, sweetness and slower rhythm of a Japanese summer in every cup.

  • To keep your matcha fresh, you can store it in its original resealable pouch or tin. Just make sure the pouch is zipped tightly or the tin is securely closed after each use to minimise exposure to air and moisture.

For the best freshness, store your matcha in a cool, dark place, ideally below 20°C. The fridge is a great option for longer storage. Avoid direct sunlight, warm temperatures and clear glass or plastic containers, as exposure to light can affect your matcha's vibrant colour, aroma and delicate flavour.
