So far I’ve tried the Yame and Kitsune matchas and both are excellent but the Kitsune is definitely my favourite. It’s bolder and more umami than Yame which is exactly what I like. Next up I think I’ll give one of their single cultivars a go. Love supporting a small Aussie business and the branding is on point!

This powder is the best entry level (or daily) matcha! It is an easy crowd pleaser. No sweeter required, it creates a smooth rich taste. I like my matcha strong with ice and milk, and this is the perfect powder for it! YES! I mean LOOK at the colour!

This matcha was bright and refreshing, unlike any matcha I’ve tasted. It is fantastic with coconut water, especially ones that are flavoured like lychee and mango. Highly recommended!
